There's something missing from my order?
Please stay calm... just contact us to report the shortage. There are a couple of reasons why this has happened. Perhaps the product may not have been in stock (which doesn't happen very often) and will follow on as soon as it becomes available at no extra cost to you. If this cause problems for you, please let us know immediately and we will sort it asap!
I've received an item that I didn't want?
Again, please just contact us. Unfortunately, the driver cannot take back the goods until we've been notified. We'll issue a returns authorisation to you and the goods will be collected within 3 working days.
I've changed my mind about a product?
No problem. Simply contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and let us know you want to return it.

All we ask is that items are returned in a resalable condition within their original packaging and include all relevant paperwork. Unfortunately, some items are non-returnable - including food and beverage products.
How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
Your order will normally be dispatched within 24 hrs if it has been made before 5pm Monday to Thursday. If it's made before 5pm Friday, you'll receive your order on Monday. If it's made after 5pm Friday or during the weekend, it'll take another 24 hours.
Please note - certain items, such as furniture and bespoke products, may require a slightly longer time. We'll let you know their delivery time when you order.
How much will a delivery cost?
Delivery is free throughout the Ireland when you spend over €70.00 excluding VAT. If you make an order below that level however, we'll need to make a small delivery charge of €8.95 excluding VAT.
Do I need to sign for my delivery?
Yes. That way we can make sure you got it safe and sound. Our couriers deliver between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
What if an item isn't in stock?
If a product is not immediately available, we'll tell you straight away and give you an estimated time of delivery. If it's really urgent, you can easily cancel the order.
How will my order be sent?
We'll send your order directly to the address you supplied by a national delivery company. Larger and bespoke items may be sent directly from the supplier too, so don't worry if your order comes incomplete. We'll soon get the rest of your items to you.
